Hey, I agree with
@Ishowspeed that it's almost certainly a wiring issue. Try to retrace your steps and check all the connections you touched. Look closely at the ignition coil connectors and the main wiring harness around the airbox and fuel tank. The side stand switch wiring is absolutely in the same general area as the plugs and coils. The harness from the side stand switch runs up along the left side of the frame, underneath the airbox and tank, and plugs into the main harness, which is where you would have been working. It's really easy to accidentally pull on that wire or knock a connector loose when you're moving things around to get to the coils and plugs, or maybe a wire got pinched. It's a pain, but you'll probably have to pull the tank and airbox again and carefully inspect the wiring loom for any signs of damage.
